About the Role

Jumeirah is seeking a Guest Relations Executive for the Front Office team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for providing a welcoming and supportive experience for guests, ensuring their needs are met according to Jumeirah Brand Standards. The role involves direct guest interaction from arrival through their stay, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome and assist guests in adherence to Jumeirah Brand Standards.
Observe and respond to all guests approaching the Hotel entrance and guest relations desk.
Escort guests to their rooms, suites, or the Gold lounge, conducting a full hotel tour as required.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional resolution to their satisfaction.
Alert the Guest Relation Supervisor/Manager, a senior member of Front Office Management, or the relevant department to any issues arising during a shift.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all room types, rates, and the hotel’s features and facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a similar guest relations or front office role.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality guest service.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within the Front Office team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar. The role requires direct interaction with guests and collaboration with various hotel departments to ensure operational excellence.
