About the Role

Alkahily Consulting is seeking an IT Director (Saudi National) for a leading luxury retailer in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, Director-level position is based in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a hands-on leader with significant retail experience and a proven track record in implementing enterprise software solutions.

Role Overview

The IT Director will lead technology initiatives across the client's retail operations. This involves overseeing digital transformation initiatives and key platforms, including CRM and e-commerce, to ensure technology supports business growth and delivers a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of IT initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Manage enterprise software implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing support.
Oversee CRM and e-commerce platforms to meet business and customer needs.
Drive digital transformation across retail operations and customer-facing services.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resources.
Ensure systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and integrated with relevant business processes.
Support change management, user adoption, and training for new systems and processes.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
Proven experience as a Director-level candidate with hands-on delivery experience.
Strong retail industry experience.
Demonstrated track record in implementing enterprise software solutions.
Ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives.
