About the Role

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Java Developer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience, offering an opportunity to apply technical skills in a dynamic environment.

Role Context

As a Java Developer, you will leverage your expertise to contribute to the training and development of next-generation AI systems. Your work will be instrumental in shaping how AI models learn, reason, and perform through the provision of high-quality, real-world input. While prior experience in AI is not required, strong domain knowledge is considered essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect robust microservices solutions to support complex application requirements.
• Collaborate with customer teams to review technical specifications and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
• Provide expert insights to enhance application performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers.
• Document technical processes and solutions with clear and concise written communication.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Prior experience working on AI-driven or data-intensive projects is beneficial.
• A background in high-availability or distributed systems is advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within the YO IT Consulting team.
