Stranger Soccer is expanding its operations globally and is seeking a License Owner / Operator to establish and grow the Stranger Soccer experience in Jeddah, Makkah. Founded in Singapore, Stranger Soccer operates in over 10 cities worldwide and has facilitated more than 100,000 games. The company provides a mobile platform that simplifies playing football, allowing players to discover games, reserve spots, and participate.

Role Overview

This full-time position is an opportunity to build and manage a local football operation as a License Owner / Operator. The role involves developing a local community and delivering football experiences, supported by Stranger Soccer's established international brand, technology, and operational expertise. This is not a traditional management position but an entrepreneurial role focused on local ownership and growth.

Responsibilities

• Growing the local player community in Jeddah.
• Securing football venues and establishing partnerships.
• Recruiting and managing Official Hosts for games.
• Leading local marketing and community-building initiatives.
• Ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality game experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience required: 0-1 year.
• Demonstrated passion for football with strong local insight.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to ownership.
• Ability to build relationships and foster community growth.
• Commitment to creating a lasting impact within the local community.

Support and Autonomy

The License Owner / Operator will have the autonomy to develop their local operation while receiving continuous support, technology, and operational guidance from Stranger Soccer's headquarters.
