This full-time role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on creating compelling visual content across various digital platforms. The position involves showcasing Siemens' innovations and technologies through video, photography, and digital content.

Role Context

This role serves as an entry point into multimedia content creation and strategic communication within Siemens, a company that integrates physical and digital worlds to develop smarter, more efficient, and sustainable technologies for buildings, industries, and infrastructure. The Content Creator will contribute to building a portfolio, developing practical skills, and collaborating with professionals to make a tangible impact through creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.), take photographs, and develop creative assets for social media, internal communications, campaigns, and events.
• Translate concepts and briefs into compelling stories, short-form videos, graphics, presentations, and other multimedia content.
• Support the coverage of Siemens events, employee activities, customer engagements, and technology showcases.
• Propose new ideas, identify opportunities for engaging content, monitor digital and social media trends, and suggest new storytelling approaches.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement, contribute ideas, and manage assigned projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and other colleagues to transform complex technologies and innovations into accessible, engaging stories.
• Experiment with creative software, digital platforms, and AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and streamline workflows.
