Alandalus Education is seeking a Network and Information Systems Administrator to join its Information Technology Department. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with operations in Jeddah and Makkah.

The Opportunity

The Network and Information Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and operating the company's technical infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise systems. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the continuity of technical services, optimize system performance, and support the organization's ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s networks and technical infrastructure, ensuring their stability and reliability.
• Administer servers, operating systems, Active Directory services, user accounts, and permissions.
• Operate and manage enterprise systems, ensuring their seamless integration with other organizational systems.
• Monitor the performance of networks and systems, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues and malfunctions.
• Implement and manage backup and data recovery plans to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
• Oversee software licenses, IT assets, and ensure timely periodic system updates.
• Prepare and update comprehensive technical documentation for networks and systems, and provide advanced technical support as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in managing and operating technical infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise systems. A foundational understanding of IT infrastructure principles and a proactive approach to system maintenance and problem-solving are essential.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires on-site presence to manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure.
