About the Role

Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a Painter to join its maintenance team in Makkah. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the aesthetic standards and structural integrity of the hotel property.

Role Overview

The Painter is responsible for all decoration maintenance and repair works related to the fabric of the hotel building. This includes a range of tasks such as wallpapering, painting, and general decorating, ensuring that all areas meet the required quality and appearance standards for guests and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all necessary preparation works and decorate ceilings and walls throughout the property.
• Prepare and decorate all woodwork, including doors, architraves, windows, and skirting boards.
• Strip existing wall coverings and prepare walls for new wallpaper installation as instructed.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing wall coverings to ensure their longevity and appearance.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for all decorating jobs as directed by superiors.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in painting, decorating, or a related maintenance field. A commitment to delivering high standards of work and contributing to a professional service environment is expected.
