Power Platform & Copilot Developer

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Developer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end business solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. The role leverages Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI to build intelligent automations, conversational agents, and AI-infused business applications that improve process efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Build and optimize Power Automate cloud and desktop workflows.
• Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps based on business requirements.
• Design Power BI datasets, dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Work with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and OneLake.
• Develop AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using connectors, REST APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
• Implement ALM, DevOps, governance, security, and DLP best practices.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support user training and solution adoption.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Experience developing AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its integration with Power BI.
• Experience with ALM, DevOps pipelines, governance, security roles, and DLP policies.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, DP-600, or relevant AI/Copilot certifications.

Work Type
