Product Specialist

About the Role

Vantive is seeking a Product Specialist to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Taif. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing key relationships, and supporting sales operations to enhance patient engagement and product demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the corporate annual marketing calendar, budget, and training plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute monthly comprehensive dashboards detailing sales performance, patient data, and educational activities.
• Work to increase the percentage of PD-connected patients and monitor the utilization of digital platforms such as Sharesource and Sharesource Adequest in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Plan and execute marketing events, including managing the grant process, venue selection, branding, attendee coordination, and logistics.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sending RFQs, obtaining quotations, creating purchase orders, and following up on payments.
• Support the sales team with PD cycler demand planning, CAPEX creation, timely shipment, distribution planning, maintenance coordination with TSC, and location mapping.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage marketing calendars and budgets.
• Experience in performance reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in managing events and vendor relationships.
• Capability to support sales operations, including demand planning and logistics coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities covering the Taif region. The role involves working closely with internal teams, including sales, clinical, and HR, as well as external vendors and healthcare professionals.
