About the Role

Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking a Program Manager II, Amazon NOW Launch, to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves building and driving programs that directly impact customer delivery processes at Amazon. The Program Manager II will coordinate across various teams, resolve complex challenges, and translate ambiguous situations into clear action plans, shaping program strategy and defining success metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end program delivery for cross-functional initiatives, including defining scope, setting milestones, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to maintain schedules.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align priorities, secure necessary resources, and facilitate timely decisions for program advancement.
Identify and define key performance indicators, establish reporting mechanisms, and utilize data to assess program health and recommend improvements.
Apply process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows, enhance team productivity, and improve the overall customer experience.
Communicate program status, potential risks, and outcomes clearly to various audiences, from team members to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Daily Activities

A typical day involves reviewing program dashboards and preparing updates for stakeholder reviews. The role requires participation in working sessions with partner teams to resolve dependencies and agree on next steps. Data analysis is a core component, used to assess the effectiveness of recent process changes and to summarize findings in brief narratives. Additionally, the Program Manager II provides feedback on project plans to teammates, assisting in refining approaches before leadership reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 5-10 years in program management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams, solve complex problems, and convert ambiguity into clear action plans.
Proficiency in defining success metrics and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.
