About the Role

قيام | Qiyam is seeking a dedicated Project Manager HR Consultancy to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with opportunities primarily in Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on overseeing and delivering HR consultancy projects, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction in content development and delivery.

Role Purpose

The Project Manager HR Consultancy will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HR-related projects, with a particular emphasis on developing and delivering high-quality training and educational content. This involves ensuring all project deliverables align with approved technical standards and meet the specific needs of the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare training packages in accordance with approved technical standards.
Professionally write training and educational content.
Proofread all written materials and deliverables.
Build and develop training content appropriate to the target audience.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in project management within HR consultancy. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, demonstrating a proven ability to manage projects, develop content, and ensure quality in deliverables.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based within the Makkah region, specifically serving projects in Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to achieve project objectives and contribute to the company's consulting services.
