About the Project Manager (Medical) Role

Hikayat Advertising is seeking a Project Manager (Medical) to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare marketing and creative projects from initiation through delivery. The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with project objectives, healthcare communication standards, and brand guidelines. This position requires coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality outputs, and seamless project execution across multiple healthcare accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee healthcare marketing and creative projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including content strategists, medical writers, designers, multimedia specialists, and account managers.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize project kick-off meetings, status updates, and review sessions to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with healthcare communication regulations, client requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, approvals, and version control throughout the production process.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, collaboration, and overall project performance.

Required Experience
