About MAFCO

MAFCO (Mahmoud Atta Factory for Metal Products Co.) is a manufacturing company specializing in metal products. The company is currently expanding its team and is seeking a QC Technician to join its factory operations in Jeddah, located within the Second Industrial City.

The Role

The QC Technician will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met across various stages of metal fabrication. This full-time position involves monitoring production processes and ensuring compliance with established quality protocols and industry standards. The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process, including cutting, forming, welding, coating, and final assembly stages.
• Follow up on Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and technical correspondence with clients.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 compliance standards on the production line.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Metal Fabrication, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in Quality Control within the metal fabrication industry, specifically with structural steel, general metal fabrication, hollow metal doors, or similar products.
• Good understanding of client and consultant requirements, including Requests for Information (RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and technical drawings.
• CSWIP/AWS CWI certification is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based at the MAFCO factory located in the Second Industrial City, Jeddah. The role involves working within a manufacturing environment focused on metal product fabrication.
