About the Role of Receptionist

Guest Experience Focus

Guest Experience Experts are responsible for guiding guests throughout their stay by providing a comprehensive range of services. This involves proactively addressing guest needs and ensuring all interactions contribute positively to their overall experience. The role requires a hands-on approach to operational tasks and guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Processing operational needs efficiently.
Addressing guest requests promptly and effectively.
Completing necessary reports accurately.
Sharing information about local area highlights with guests.
Ensuring transactions are integrated seamlessly into the guest experience.

Workplace Standards and Physical Requirements

All team members are expected to uphold critical standards for success, including maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies and procedures. Professionalism in appearance and communication is essential.
