Safety & Security Officer

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Safety & Security Officer to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining a secure and safe environment for guests and team members, ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols to monitor interior and exterior hotel premises, identifying and addressing safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Assist with preliminary incident investigations, gathering relevant information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation by preparing and ensuring the accuracy of security reports and records.
• Respond to emergencies, assisting in handling safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Provide guest assistance by responding to inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
