The Sales Advisor Role

Saddik & Mohamed Attar is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the luxury environment and upholding the highest brand standards for Rolex and Tudor. The Sales Advisor is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, thereby ensuring strong brand representation and delivering exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all company rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and service quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding client service.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Sales Advisor position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales capacity. Experience within a luxury retail environment is preferred, demonstrating a proven ability to engage with clients and uphold premium service standards.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time role based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Advisor will operate within the company's luxury retail boutiques, contributing to the brand's presence in these key cities.
