About the Role

Knoz El Hekma - شركة كنوز الحكمة is seeking dedicated Sales Advisors to join our retail team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals passionate about sales and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Focus of the Position

The Sales Advisor will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively recommending suitable products to achieve sales targets. This position emphasizes building strong customer relationships and maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and explain product features and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time retail position based in Jeddah. Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business operational requirements.
