About the Sales and Marketing Specialist Role

Maalexi is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will play a key role in driving customer engagement and market presence for Maalexi's platform and solutions.

Role Scope and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to identify and engage potential customers, effectively presenting Maalexi’s platform and solutions. The specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to successful deal closure. Additionally, the role encompasses developing and executing local marketing initiatives to support brand awareness campaigns and ensure effective platform adoption through customer training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to expand Maalexi's client base.
• Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations of Maalexi’s platform and solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to successful deal closure.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Support broader brand awareness campaigns.
• Provide training and guidance to customers to ensure effective platform adoption.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
• Gather market intelligence to inform strategy and product development.
• Coordinate with internal teams to refine product offerings and messaging.

Required Experience
