The Role of SAP Business Warehouse Specialist

2Bit Global is seeking an SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Specialist for a full-time position in Makkah, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. This role involves supporting and maintaining enterprise SAP BW environments to ensure reliable data processing, reporting accuracy, system performance, and business continuity. The specialist will work closely with business users and technical teams to manage operational activities, resolve issues, and support ongoing system improvements, requiring strong hands-on SAP BW experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the SAP BW environment, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and availability of critical reporting and data processing capabilities.
• Monitor and execute recurring operational, daily, periodic, and month-end activities within established timelines.
• Manage data loading, processing, extraction, and reporting activities to ensure timely availability of business information.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting outputs.
• Maintain and update reports, queries, reporting periods, and related configurations based on business requirements.
• Monitor data flows, process chains, scheduled jobs, and other SAP BW processes, identifying and resolving failures or performance issues.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational, data, and reporting issues while minimizing business impact.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and support tickets in accordance with established support procedures and SLA requirements.
• Prioritize and coordinate support requests to ensure timely resolution and effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Support testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, enhancements, defect fixes, and production releases.
• Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to address operational issues and ongoing support requirements.
• Maintain technical and operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge assets to ensure system knowledge remains current and transferable.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess strong hands-on SAP BW experience. The ability to collaborate effectively with both business users and technical teams is essential for managing operational activities, resolving issues, and supporting continuous system improvements.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active participation in supporting and maintaining SAP BW environments to ensure business continuity.
