About WithGrowth and the Consultant Associate Role

WithGrowth is seeking a Saudi Only Consultant Associate with mandatory experience in the fintech sector. This contract position is based on-site in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves supporting clients by analyzing business challenges and identifying growth opportunities within the fintech industry.

Role Purpose and Context

The Consultant Associate will contribute to strategy execution for WithGrowth’s clients, working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering practical, data-informed recommendations and requires a strong understanding of fintech business models to translate insights into actionable steps for measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and interpreting market and product data.
• Assisting in designing growth experiments.
• Supporting the implementation of marketing and product initiatives.
• Preparing clear reports and presentations.
• Helping coordinate project activities.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Ensuring alignment between client objectives and WithGrowth’s strategic approach.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience is required.
• Mandatory experience in the fintech sector, with a strong understanding of fintech business models.
• Ability to analyze business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated capability to translate insights into actionable steps.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• This role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time contract role, requiring on-site presence in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The position involves direct collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams.
