About the Role

SSCL is seeking a Senior Cost Control Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is for a mid to senior-level individual contributor responsible for managing and monitoring project and operational costs.

Role Overview

The Senior Cost Control Specialist will play a key role in ensuring financial discipline and contractual compliance. This involves a focus on budget control, detailed variance analysis, and accurate financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control project and operational costs effectively.
Conduct comprehensive budget control activities.
Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and their root causes.
Develop and maintain accurate cost forecasts.
Prepare and present detailed cost reports to support financial decision-making.
Ensure adherence to contractual financial obligations and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cost control or a similar financial role.
Demonstrated ability to manage project and operational costs.
Proven experience with budget control, variance analysis, and forecasting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a professional environment focused on financial oversight and strategic support.
