About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Senior Franchise Manager Hotels to lead the strategic expansion of our client's hotel portfolio across Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position is based in Makkah and requires extensive experience in hotel development, hospitality real estate, and commercial negotiations, particularly within the Saudi market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing new hotel development opportunities through acquisitions, long-term leases, management agreements, joint ventures, and franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new hotel development opportunities through acquisitions, leases, management contracts, and franchise agreements.
• Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, investors, and strategic partners to expand the hotel portfolio.
• Source suitable hotel assets, development sites, and mixed-use hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, financial evaluations, and commercial due diligence for potential projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, real estate developers, investment groups, government entities, and hospitality stakeholders.
• Evaluate hospitality investment opportunities and prepare business cases for executive management.
• Lead negotiations on lease agreements, joint ventures, acquisitions, and hotel management contracts.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, technical, and operations teams throughout the transaction process.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging hospitality opportunities to support long-term growth.
• Represent the company in industry events, investment forums, and business development meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.

Essential Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel development, hospitality business development, real estate development, or hotel acquisitions.
• Proven track record of successfully closing hotel acquisition, lease, franchise, or management agreement transactions.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of hospitality investment, feasibility analysis, and commercial structuring.
• Experience within the Saudi Arabian hospitality market is highly desirable, with specific knowledge of investment and development opportunities in Makkah.
• Experience acquiring, leasing, or signing new hotel properties for hotel owners, operators, or hospitality groups.
• Demonstrated success in expanding hotel brands by securing franchise or hotel management agreements.
• Background in hotel developments, mixed-use projects, land acquisition, feasibility studies, joint ventures, and lease negotiations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on strategic expansion within the region.
