Role Summary

TruKKer is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise accounts within KSA, serving as the primary commercial and operational contact. The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining margin discipline, and ensuring overall account health.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, rate negotiations, and revenue delivery for assigned key accounts.
• Increase wallet share within existing accounts through proactive engagement and identifying new opportunities.
• Identify and secure new business to expand the account base and overall portfolio.
• Drive the upselling of additional services, lanes, and solutions to existing accounts.
• Maintain oversight of account-level margins, ensuring pricing aligns with profitability targets.
• Identify and address margin leakage in collaboration with pricing and commercial teams.
• Validate orders for key accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness before execution.
• Support the Operations team in collecting Proof of Delivery (POD) for assigned accounts.
• Act as an escalation point for billing or collection issues raised by clients, resolving disputes while maintaining client relationships.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned key accounts, building senior-level relationships.
• Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in key account management or a similar commercial role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage account profitability.
• Experience in negotiating rates and managing client relationships at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and commercial discipline.
