About the Role

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking a Strategy Manager for a highly esteemed PIF Manufacturing Client. This full-time position is based in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves driving corporate strategy, business transformation, and strategic initiatives across the client's organization.

Role Context and Impact

Reporting to executive leadership, the Strategy Manager will translate long-term business objectives into executable plans. This position supports major investment, growth, and operational excellence initiatives, contributing to the strategic direction of one of Saudi Arabia's industrial investments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy aligned with business objectives and Vision 2030.
Drive strategic planning, annual business planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, investments, and market expansion strategies.
Build executive-level business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor strategic KPIs and present performance updates to executive leadership.
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide strategic projects.
Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.
Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, and HR to ensure strategic alignment.
Support Board, Executive Committee, and shareholder presentations.
Develop governance frameworks and strategic reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required for this role.
Demonstrated ability to drive corporate strategy and business transformation initiatives.

This is a full-time position located in King Abdullah Economic City, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on industrial investments and strategic growth.
