About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a full-time position in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to the offer stage, while building robust talent pipelines. The Talent Acquisition Executive will partner with business units to understand hiring needs and develop effective strategies, acting as a brand ambassador for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, internet sites, community services, colleges, and employment agencies.
Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, and job descriptions in accordance with organizational standards.
Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure efficient and equitable processes.
Manage the full recruiting life-cycle from reviewing applications and interviewing to the offer stages, providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on established criteria.
Respond to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies regarding recruitment activities and job vacancy status.
Provide end-to-end talent acquisition solutions and services across multiple business disciplines.
Liaise with business departments to understand manpower needs and assist in developing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies.
Act as a business partner and Talent Acquisition advisor to address recruitment needs and challenges of Business Units.
Serve as PPG's brand ambassador, promoting the employee value proposition to inspire and engage candidates.
Support TA-related projects and initiatives such as Internship Programs, Employer Branding, and Process Improvement.
Assist in handling various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration Studies, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent field.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience in talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience using recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and local job portals.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach.
Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing work, performing under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
