About the Opportunity

Hilton is seeking a dedicated Waiter to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to exceptional guest experiences within a renowned hospitality brand.

Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Waiter, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality food and drink service. The core purpose of this role is to create memorable experiences for guests by embodying the warmth and light of hospitality throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with guests in a friendly and upbeat manner, proactively seeking ways to enhance their meal experience.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer inquiries.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and ensure prompt delivery of completed orders with attention to detail.
Manage and maintain the food service station, ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and organized.
Comply with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold the highest standards for guest and team member well-being.
