About the Role

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide onsite support for facilities management. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The Facilities Coordinator will manage the Facilities Services Helpdesk and ensure efficient service delivery, contributing to process improvements and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Facilities Services Helpdesk.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services by providing necessary documentation and resources.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
• Provide administrative support, including front desk duties and basic housekeeping.
• Meet key performance indicators and service level agreements.
• Work closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related enquiries and requirements.
• Participate in the procurement of supplies and services through vendors.
• Ensure workplace health and safety by implementing and carrying out safe procedures.
• Assist in the implementation and management of risk management programs, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures, complying with firm guidelines and strategies.
• Support the team in achieving targets and ensure adherence to JLL's core behaviors.

Operational Duties

• Address conflicts and conflicting priorities effectively.
• Interact with general client staff and vendors to deliver efficient services.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields.
• Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of critical facilities and vendor management practices.
• Familiarity with various property systems.
• Proven track record of project execution in adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Excellent and resilient communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
