- Present products to customers, explaining features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing that meets their needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the team for promotions and organize events.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in clothing retail.
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales targets.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
