Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will contribute to increasing sales and achieving monthly sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring product availability and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present products to customers, explaining features and benefits.
  • Assist customers in selecting clothing that meets their needs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with the team for promotions and organize events.
  • Prepare daily sales and performance reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in clothing retail.
  • Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and meet sales targets.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
