About the Role

IA Group is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience, focusing on real estate marketing and client engagement within the property sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract properties that align with company criteria, ensuring their suitability for marketing and adherence to approved procedures.
• Study available properties and real estate opportunities, collecting and continuously updating information including location, area, pricing, features, services, and property condition.
• Execute marketing activities for listed properties by preparing necessary content and information to promote them and target potential clients.
• Photograph properties and prepare dedicated marketing materials that professionally highlight their features to attract clients and enhance marketing opportunities.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of marketed properties and their features, providing information and explaining characteristics to the sales team for effective client marketing.
• Receive and respond to client inquiries, identify their real estate needs, and offer suitable alternatives in coordination with the supervisor and sales department.
• Follow up with clients and marketing opportunities, documenting their data and needs, and updating interaction stages through the CRM system.
• Receive and record requests and tasks assigned via the CRM system, following up and executing them within specified deadlines, while continuously updating their status.
• Research and engage with new real estate developers, introducing them to the company's services and marketing capabilities to attract new real estate opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and continuously update a database of real estate developers and new opportunities, documenting contact details, projects, and associated properties.
• Provide the branch's developer relations officer with information on new developers and their projects, including property locations, prices, unit types, features, project status, and all relevant data.
• Coordinate with the developer relations officer and sales department to ensure the sharing of information and new real estate opportunities for marketing and sales activities.
• Monitor the real estate market, identify new marketing opportunities, projects, and property offers that align with the company's activities and client needs.
• Contribute to developing real estate marketing methods and propose marketing ideas and initiatives to increase client reach and improve engagement rates with listed properties.
• Monitor the performance of marketed properties and marketing activities, assess client interest levels, and provide feedback and recommendations to the supervisor and sales department.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, acquired properties, clients, opportunities, and developers, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze data and information from reports, extracting insights to assist management in evaluating marketing activities and improving performance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of client, property, developer, and commercial information.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing.
• Proficiency in real estate market analysis and opportunity identification.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience with CRM systems for client and task management.
• Ability to create professional marketing content and materials.

This is a full-time position based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
