About the Role

Eventsgate is seeking a Sales Officer to join our team in Makkah. This part-time role is based in Jeddah and Makkah and involves managing sales operations and customer interactions within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in sales and customer communication.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from initial customer inquiry to service delivery and financial collection. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on sales operations and process customer requests within the Saudi market.
• Prepare and document price offers and sales transactions using the accounting system.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to follow up on the collection of financial dues from customers.
• Build and periodically update the customer database with current contact information.
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery to customers as per agreements.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in sales operations and customer communication.
• Ability to manage customer requests and follow up on sales processes.
• Proficiency in preparing documentation and using accounting systems for sales transactions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position based in the Makkah region, with work primarily conducted in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves close coordination with various internal teams, including accounts and operations, to achieve sales objectives.
