- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of receiving and dispensing activities, updating them regularly.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels, check for necessary quantities, and inform relevant parties when needed.
- Maintenance: Monitor stored materials for damage or spoilage, taking necessary actions to ensure quality.
- Participating in Inventory Counts: Assist in regular inventory counts and verify stock accuracy.
