Sr. Cost Control Engineer

About the Role

Hudson Manpower is seeking a Sr. Cost Control Engineer to join their team in Yanbu, Medina Province. This full-time position is critical for managing cost control activities, particularly for Shutdown/Turnaround projects within a contractor setting. The role offers a salary range of SAR 8,000 to SAR 11,000 per month.

Role Overview

The Sr. Cost Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing cost control strategies for various projects, with a specific focus on Shutdown/Turnaround operations. This involves ensuring financial discipline and accurate cost reporting throughout project lifecycles, working within a contractor framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage cost control procedures for projects.
• Monitor project expenditures against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and analyses.
• Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cost Controller roles.
• Demonstrated experience in Shutdown/Turnaround projects as a Contractor.
• Proficiency in Primavera is mandatory.
• Verifiable experience as per CV.

Experience Level

Candidates should possess 8-12 years of experience in cost control, specifically within the context of Shutdown/Turnaround projects and contractor operations.
