كمدير مالي، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة جميع الأنشطة المالية للشركة بما في ذلك التخطيط المالي، وإعداد الميزانية، وعمليات المحاسبة، وتحليل الأداء المالي.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التخطيط المالي وإعداد الميزانية: إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مالية طويلة وقصيرة المدى. تطوير الميزانية السنوية والتوقعات المالية، والمتابعة على تنفيذها مع التعديلات اللازمة.
قسم المحاسبة: الإشراف على إعداد الحسابات النهائية والتقارير المالية الدورية. ضمان دقة السجلات المحاسبية والامتثال لمعايير المحاسبة.
التدقيق والامتثال: التنسيق مع عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والخارجية لتجنب الانتهاكات المالية وضمان الامتثال للقوانين المالية.
إدارة السيولة: مراقبة التدفق النقدي وإدارة العلاقات المالية مع البنوك والمؤسسات.
التحليل المالي: تحليل البيانات المالية وتقديم تقارير مفصلة للإدارة العليا، وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة وتقليل التكاليف.
قيادة الفريق: إدارة الفريق المالي، وتوفير الدعم والتدريب اللازمين، وضمان التوافق مع أهداف الشركة.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل CMA أو CPA.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المالية أو المحاسبة في دور قيادي.

Support the CFO Foods in developing the department strategy and related strategic plans.
Monitor and measure the implementation of the departmental strategy and plans to support NEOM Food’s financial and accounting perspectives.

Financial Statements and Reports Development

Validate and oversee financial reporting managed by NEOM Global Business Services on behalf of NEOM Food.
Develop and implement financial reporting systems that meet IFRS principles and NEOM policies.
Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and investments while reconciling accounts and monitoring performance.
Prepare critical financial reports and ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders, ensuring governance and compliance.

Accounting Systems Management

Oversee central accounts activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Manage fixed assets accounting and ensure compliance with contractual terms and international standards.
Collaborate with shared services on accounting, tax, and treasury matters.

Document Management and Control

Manage documentation for accounting records and activities to ensure completeness and accuracy.
