Role Overview

The Account Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts. This role involves developing strong client relationships and driving new business opportunities with existing and new customers. It is suitable for a professional with hands-on sales experience seeking to grow within a consulting and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and expand the company's footprint at existing and new clients.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop account plans, generate pipeline, and achieve growth and renewal targets.
• Lead consultative selling for cybersecurity services such as GRC, SOC/MDR, IR, and assessments, as well as solutions like EDR, DLP, and Threat Intelligence.
• Coordinate solutioning with pre-sales teams and craft proposals, RFPs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast reliably, and manage commercials and margins.
