The Role of Account Manager - Social

As an Account Manager for the Social team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring clients' social media strategies. This full-time role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, improving marketing efforts, and increasing audience engagement. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients.
• Manage and grow clients' social media accounts across platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including blog posts, photos, videos, and graphics.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner to foster online community engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and align social media strategies with their overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze and report on the performance of clients' social media accounts to measure campaign success and identify areas for optimization.
• Stay informed on social media trends and platforms, sharing insights and recommendations with clients on new features for their strategies.

Required Experience and Skills

• 7 years of experience in social media management or a related account management role.
• Proven ability to create and curate relevant content across various social media platforms.
• Experience in analyzing social media data and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and community engagement.
