Accor is seeking a Barista for SLS The Red Sea, a property known for its design and service. SLS The Red Sea is part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio and is located on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia. The resort features 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa.

Role Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role focuses on maintaining consistency, presentation, and service excellence while upholding operational standards and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the brand’s service culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control for all drinks.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests politely and efficiently.
• Set up and close the bar in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar counters, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage of all beverages and garnishes.
• Record sales accurately and handle cash, credit cards, or room charges responsibly.
• Report shortages, breakages, or discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to local laws and company safety regulations.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen for smooth service delivery.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in staff training sessions.
• Support colleagues during peak hours to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to prepare and serve a range of non-alcoholic beverages.
• Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
