About the Role

Edition is seeking a Bartender to join its team in the Red Sea region. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, extending beyond standard food and beverage delivery. The Bartender will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy their meals and overall visit.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during their dining experience.
Set tables and maintain dining areas.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
Interact with and serve guests, making transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
Clean work areas and maintain supplies.
Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe workplace.
Maintain quality standards in all aspects of service.
Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Read and visually verify information, including menus.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a related service role.
Demonstrated initiative in delivering guest services.
Commitment to upholding quality standards and professional conduct.
