About the Role

*****, the Middle East's leading job site, is seeking a Business Development Officer. This full-time role focuses on expanding the client base by identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified sales engagements through outbound prospecting and relationship initiation. The position involves promoting Bayt's talent solutions to organizations across the region and supporting the sales pipeline.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Business Development Officer will play a key role in promoting Bayt's value proposition to senior decision-makers. This involves connecting Bayt's recruitment solutions with potential clients and supporting sales through high-quality prospect identification and appointment generation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging executives, conducting structured research, and maintaining accurate CRM data to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Bayt's solutions and value proposition to C-suite executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers within target organizations.
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to schedule qualified meetings with prospective clients on behalf of Relationship Managers.
Continuously identify and research companies, HR professionals, and senior executives who could benefit from Bayt's recruitment solutions.
Build and continuously expand high-quality company and contact lists to support outreach and marketing campaigns.
Conduct online research to identify new companies and gather relevant information on their hiring needs and organizational structure.
Engage prospective organizations to confirm company details and ensure accurate records are created within the CRM system.
