About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to lead a self-directing, multi-functional team. This full-time role focuses on the efficient intake and processing of poultry products to meet internal customer requirements, ensuring adherence to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-functional team responsible for poultry intake and processing.
• Ensure efficient processing of specified poultry products to meet internal customer demands.
• Operate within established management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process, and zero non-conformance.
• Ensure strict adherence to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a poultry or food environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume operational setting.
• A degree in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the implementation of international Quality Standards, such as ISO 9000 and HACCP.
