Role Summary

Accor is seeking a Chief Concierge (Saudi National) to maintain high standards and quality of services within the Front Office operation. This full-time role is critical for meeting and exceeding budgeted revenue targets and guest expectations. The position is suitable for applicants with 0-1 years of experience and offers growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests with all hotel and non-hotel related inquiries.
Attend shift briefings to stay informed on hotel activities and operational requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with airport concierge services, retailers, and other local service providers, ensuring up-to-date information on promotions.
Possess detailed knowledge of daily activities and key occurrences in the city/location, including directions to points of interest, restaurants, theatres, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems, and special events.
Ensure adequate supplies of forms and brochures, presented according to hotel operating standards.
Consult the Log Book for information and requests from previous shifts.
Manage guest mail, messages, courier services, and parcel postage as requested.
Maintain the order and security of guest keys and other selected keys kept in the Front Office, adhering to key issue policies.
Receive telephone calls and take messages for absent guests.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage services, outlets, and hotel features.
Be fully conversant with hotel fire and life safety and emergency procedures.
Attend all assigned briefings, meetings, and trainings.
Report for duty on time, wearing a clean and complete uniform.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
Must be a Saudi National.
