About the Role

Jenscare Scientific is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, field-based position serves as the primary commercial and clinical support for the Jenscare Structural Heart Interventional Product Portfolio within an assigned territory. The role involves driving therapy adoption, supporting case coverage, and building clinical confidence among interventional cardiologists, echocardiologists, and cath lab teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Sales Representative will manage both clinical support and sales development activities, with an approximate 60% focus on clinical support and 40% on sales and territory development.

Provide on-site, real-time clinical support during product implant procedures, including device preparation, imaging guidance coordination, and troubleshooting.
Educate physicians, fellows, and cath lab staff on device handling, implantation techniques, and procedural workflow (transjugular approach, anchoring strategy, multi-angle delivery system adjustments).
Support patient screening and anatomical evaluation in collaboration with heart teams, including CT-based planning and 2D/3D TEE interpretation where applicable.
Document procedural observations for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a clinical liaison between the company and site investigators, research coordinators, and hospital administration.
Execute a territory business plan to drive product adoption and achieve commercial objectives.
Identify and prioritize new account opportunities and expand utilization within existing sites, in collaboration with the Country Manager.
Support market development activities, including educational events, proctorship programs, and conference presence.
Monitor the competitive landscape and provide market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
Manage inventory, case scheduling, and administrative reporting as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a combination of sales acumen and hands-on clinical expertise in structural heart or interventional cardiology. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, field-based position operating within Saudi Arabia, requiring regular travel within the assigned territory to provide on-site support and manage sales activities.
