Creative Designer & Webflow Developer

About the Role

Burjline Builders is seeking a Creative Designer & Webflow Developer to join the team. This full-time role involves designing and building digital assets, playing a critical part in shaping the initial impression of the company's offerings. The position requires a professional who can independently manage the design and development process for various campaigns and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advertisements, landing pages, and motion graphics using Webflow, ensuring a seamless process without handoff gaps.
• Develop visual content for two distinct funnels—companies requiring talent and the talent they hire—maintaining a consistent brand identity while adapting tone for different audiences.
• Execute design and development tasks at a rapid pace, including weekly ad creatives, landing pages, and motion graphics for launches, with a focus on testing and iteration based on performance data.
• Collaborate directly with growth, marketing teams, and founders to ensure designs are implemented and live promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in design, with a proven track record of shipping real work beyond portfolio pieces.
• Demonstrated ability to both design and build projects independently in Webflow.
• Experience in developing high-converting landing pages.
• Proficiency in creating organic social creatives and paid ad creatives, understanding the distinct requirements for each.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
• Competence in motion design is required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient designer who can also execute development tasks in Webflow. This role is not suitable for designers who rely on developers to implement their work or those whose Webflow experience is limited to portfolio examples rather than live, shipped projects. Candidates should be proactive and capable of initiating work without requiring pixel-level briefs.
