Role Overview: Deployment Strategist Lead

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior role involves establishing a new market for ElevenLabs and building a dedicated team. The individual will operate with the autonomy of a co-founder, collaborating with an experienced sales leader to deploy voice AI technology for strategic customers in the market, addressing their complex challenges. Support from the broader ElevenLabs organization will be available to accelerate efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers within the region.
• Secure initial customers in the market and ensure product impact for them.
• Engage with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points.
• Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations to ensure seamless technology fit.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing AI models to maximize effectiveness.
• Present work results and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into software products and AI models.
• Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations of voice and audio AI technology.
• Scope potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally.
• Take ownership of end-to-end execution for major projects with strategic partners.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams for optimal implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders internally and externally.
• People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting and prototyping.
• Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent skills in summarizing complex technical concepts and applying logic to find optimal solutions.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
• Strategic and Commercial Awareness: Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives, including understanding deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Partner Ecosystem Development: Experience identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners to drive market growth.
