The Role of Deployment Strategist Lead

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead for the Middle East region, specifically Saudi Arabia. This full-time senior position requires 5-10 years of experience. The individual will be responsible for establishing ElevenLabs' presence in a new market, building a regional team, and deploying voice AI technology with strategic customers to address their complex challenges. This role operates with a co-founder mindset, collaborating with an experienced sales leader to drive market entry and product impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hiring and development of a forward-deployed engineering team within the region.
• Engage with strategic customers to identify critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, collaborating with engineers to implement AI technology into solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring seamless technology fit.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to maximize effectiveness.
• Present work results and future proposals to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into ElevenLabs' software products and AI models.
• Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations of voice and audio AI technology to customers.
• Scope potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution for major projects with strategic partners, delivering high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation of ElevenLabs' technologies.
