The Role

The Electrical Project Manager will lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing all project phases, from design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. The position requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and effective management of clients, contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, relevant standards, and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.
• Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in electrical power or substation projects.
• Proven experience managing HV and MV substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of substations, protection and control systems, SCADA, and associated infrastructure.
• Experience working with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabia regulations, utility requirements, and approval processes is preferred.
