First Officer

About the Role

Draken is recruiting a First Officer for its Challenger 604 fleet, supporting a contract with the Royal Saudi Air Force. This full-time position is based permanently in Saudi Arabia. The role involves contributing to airborne operations, with the fleet's capabilities evolving towards electronic warfare platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• Assist the Commander in all aspects of flight operations, adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate and execute specialised flight profiles, including formation operations.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve mission objectives and maintain professional standards.
• Build relationships with colleagues and customers, upholding Draken’s reputation.
• Respond decisively in emergency situations as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a UK CAA Part-CAT operator qualification.
• Possess a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Have suitable aircraft-specific qualifications for First Officer roles.
• Experience required: 0-1 year.
