About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee operations for dining outlets in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily food and beverage services to ensure quality, maximize profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring high quality, service, and effective marketing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations and implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.
