Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee dining operations in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing one or more dining outlets to ensure quality, service, and profitability, while contributing to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, focusing on quality, service, and marketing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, including monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations and implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support the delivery of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, providing professional development opportunities and recognizing achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
