About the Guest Experience Expert Role

This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to creating memorable and distinctive guest stays, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Role Purpose and Approach

Guest Experience Experts at Le Meridien are empowered to take initiative, delivering a comprehensive range of services that guide guests throughout their entire stay. This position involves moving freely within the workspace to address guest needs and operational requirements effectively. The aim is to integrate all transactions seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
